Sheree Ballard
DIRECTOR
Sheree has been in the early childhood industry for 19+ years. From long day-care to preschool to OOSH… she’s done it all. And her passion keeps her going.
With a Bachelor of Education, Sheree strives to lead and mentor educators within a positive environment – while ensuring children enjoy the best quality care.
As a mother of three, Sheree believes children are capable of great things. And that, as educators, it’s our responsibility to instil this belief in every child.
When not working, you’ll find Sheree dancing, water skiing, spending time with family and friends… and most likely watching Friends!
Hayley Bond
ASSISTANT DIRECTOR | EDUCATIONAL LEADER
With 10+ years in the education industry, Hayley enjoys creating stimulating and inspiring programs that encourage children to explore and flourish.
Besides guiding children in their first steps of the learning journey, Hayley loves to incorporate the natural environment into educational programs. She’s also committed to building a sustainable service and forging a strong relationship between Junee Kids and the larger community.
Hayley completed her Bachelor of Education in 2019 and is undertaking studies at CSU to become primary qualified.
When she’s not immersed in education, Hayley is either working out at the gym, travelling, spending time with family and friends – or watching a Harry Potter film!
Lauren Nicoll
SENIOR EDUCATOR
A long term resident of Junee, Lauren has been working in the early childhood sector for 14 years.
Through her career, she has educated and cared for children of all ages. And she prides herself on building meaningful relationships with both children and their families.
Lauren holds a Diploma of Children’s Services and enjoys working as part of a team to inspire and educate children to be their best selves.
When away from work, Lauren spends time with her children, family and friends, which often involves camping or water skiing… ideally with a nice cheese and dip platter.
